Memorial Day

Every Memorial Day we always try to spend the holiday at the lake house in Lewisville. The year was no exception. The only difference this year was that no one else was in town. The kids were a little sad that none of their cousins were in town, but we kept busy enough! We went on rides in the Jeep, rode the kid cars & and spent a lot of time in the pool swimming! We also were excited to have a few old friends come over to hang out. 

One of the other fun things we like to do at the Lake house is play with Patty Play Pal. She likes to hide all over the house. You never know where you might run into her! 

Jaime and Jenn are married

This weekend was not only Avery's 2nd birthday, but it was also the weekend that one of Ryan's very best friends got married. Ryan was honored to be able to stand up for Jaime as he married the woman of his dreams, Jennifer! The wedding was so beautiful, and we had such a great time at the event! 

Quick trip to the lake

It has been so long since we have seen The Ledezma's, so this weekend we went to Dallas to the Lake house to meet sweet baby Allison. The kids were so excited to see Abby! They played all weekend. At the end of the weekend they were so upset to leave. We will need to plan another trip super soon!

Greystar Carnival

Every year the company that I work for Greystar has a company wide Family Picinic/Carnival. This is our first time to attend the carnival. The kids had so much fun. There was a lot of things for the kids to do. Reece loved the blowup slides. Avery loved riding the horses. He kept yelling "YeeHaw, Giddy Up!"

 



Salon Saturday

 

This Saturday Reece went with me to the hair salon for the first time. Since I spent more Saturday's than I can count at my parents hair salons. She had so much fun, and said that she can't wait until she can get her hair put in the silver things.

Easter 2015

This year on Easter we went to church on Saturday night, and so we were able to sleep in and have a slow breakfast. I have been wanting to make pancakes for the kids in the shape of bunnies. So this year for easter Reece and I finally made bunny pancakes. I think we did pretty good. We had a great breakfast outside on the patio. Happy Easter Everyone!

 

Playin' House

 

The most exciting thing happening at the Cain House was that the kids finally have there very own play house. They love being able to pretend like it is their own house. Reece says that she is the mommy, and Avery is her baby. Avery says he's the daddy. The other thing the kids love about the new house is that it means a lot more time outside!
