Runnin Baby



One of my favorite things to do to stay in shape, and deal with stress is run. I hadn't ran in a long time, but my company was having a 5K. Ryan and I decided that that was a perfect excuse to start running again. We started training a week before the run. Considering that we didn't train very much. We both did pretty good. I can't wait to start running on a more regular basis.
